Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Neither 682 Dreams LLP nor our SMS service provider is liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Service Provider

We use Klaviyo as our SMS service provider. Your mobile number and consent information are transmitted to and stored by Klaviyo in accordance with their privacy policy (klaviyo.com/legal/privacy-notice). Klaviyo processes your data on our behalf solely to deliver messages we send.

Phone Number Data

Your mobile phone number is stored in E.164 international format (e.g., +18085551234) in our systems and in Klaviyo. We store the following consent record at the time of signup: your phone number, the exact opt-in checkbox wording you agreed to, the timestamp of your consent, and the source (web form) of your consent. This record is maintained for compliance purposes.

No Sale or Sharing of Phone Numbers

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your phone number with any party other than Klaviyo (our SMS delivery provider) and, where required, wireless carriers for message delivery.

Transactional vs. Promotional Messages

We may send two types of SMS messages: (1) Transactional — order confirmations, shipping updates, and account-related notifications; and (2) Promotional — marketing messages, promo codes, and product announcements. Transactional messages may be sent without marketing opt-in where permitted by law. Promotional messages require your explicit opt-in consent.

4. Email Marketing

By providing your email address and checking the email opt-in box on our website, you consent to receive marketing emails from 682 Dreams / RadRack. We use Klaviyo to manage and deliver email communications. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Email consent is stored separately from SMS consent — opting in to email does not automatically opt you in to SMS, and vice versa.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze site traffic and improve your experience. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our site. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years from the date of consent to comply with TCPA record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
