Limited Warranty

682 Dreams LLP warrants the RadRack™ Rear Over-The-Tire Surfboard Rack against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Warranty Coverage

The RadRack™ is warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers structural components of the rack under normal use conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by exceeding the recommended load capacity
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading) from normal use or environmental exposure
• Damage to your vehicle or property
• Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties

Foam Replacement

The foam padding components of the RadRack are considered wear items and are not covered under the structural warranty. We recommend inspecting and replacing foam padding periodically to maintain optimal board protection. Replacement foam may be available — contact us for details.

Vehicle Damage Disclaimer

682 Dreams LLP is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the provided installation instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the RadRack is properly installed and secured before use.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Warranty Claim"
2. Include your order number and date of purchase
3. Describe the defect or issue in detail
4. Attach clear photos of the defect

We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days with next steps. Approved warranty claims will result in repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
