1. Program Description

682 Dreams LLP ("682 Dreams," "RadRack," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS marketing program under the brand RadRack by 682Dreams. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from 682 Dreams / RadRack at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include:

• Early Supporter updates and exclusive promo codes
• Preorder announcements and launch news
• Product updates and new vehicle compatibility announcements
• Occasional promotional offers and marketing messages
• Order confirmations and shipping updates (transactional)

2. How to Opt In

You opt in to our SMS program by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website at 682dreams.com. By completing this action, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the source of your opt-in.

3. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further marketing SMS messages will be sent to your number. 5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on program activity. During active campaigns (product launches, preorder windows, Early Supporter events), you may receive up to 4 to 6 messages per month. During off-peak periods, you may receive fewer messages. We will not send excessive or unreasonable volumes of messages.

6. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. These charges are billed by your wireless carrier and are subject to the terms of your wireless plan. 682 Dreams LLP is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile / Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, and other regional and MVNO carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Neither 682 Dreams LLP nor our SMS service provider (Klaviyo) is liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

8. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any product or service from 682 Dreams / RadRack. Your purchase rights are not affected by whether you opt in or out of SMS communications.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Your mobile phone number is used solely to deliver SMS messages from 682 Dreams / RadRack. We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. 10. Delivery Disclaimer

682 Dreams LLP and Klaviyo are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Factors outside our control, including carrier outages, network congestion, and device settings, may affect delivery.

11. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 682 Dreams LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our SMS program, including but not limited to carrier charges, delayed or undelivered messages, or unauthorized access to your mobile device. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our SMS program is to opt out by replying STOP.

12. User Responsibilities

By opting in to our SMS program, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in the mobile number provided
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You will notify us promptly if you change your mobile number
• You will not use our SMS program for any unlawful purpose

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Mobile Messaging Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
